This Privacy Policy explains what information KW Real Estate Media collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Plain language wherever we can manage it.

Who we are.

KW Real Estate Media is a DBA of Kennith Wheeler Photography LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company based at 2604 W Idaho Ave, Chickasha, OK 73018. Throughout this policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to that entity. "You" refers to anyone visiting our website, contacting us, or using our services.

What we collect.

Information you give us directly

When you submit our contact form, request a quote, book through our scheduling portal, or otherwise reach out, we collect the information you choose to send — typically your name, email address, phone number, the property address you'd like media for, and any notes you include about the project.

Information we collect automatically

When you visit this website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) logs basic technical information including your IP address, browser type, the pages you visited, and the time of your visit. This is standard web-server behavior and is used for security, performance, and aggregate traffic analysis. We do not currently run third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or cross-site tracking pixels on this site.

Cookies

This website uses minimal cookies — essentially session-level functional cookies set by our content delivery network. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. If you use our scheduling portal at portal.spiro.media, that service has its own privacy practices governed by Spiro's terms.

How we use it.

We use the information you give us to:

• Respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote
• Schedule, perform, and deliver real estate media services
• Process payment for services rendered
• Maintain records of past work (for our portfolio, internal accounting, and tax compliance)
• Communicate with you about your project, including delivery, revisions, and follow-up

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use it for marketing to third parties.

Who we share it with.

We share information only as needed to provide our services or comply with the law. Specifically:

• Scheduling and ordering: Spiro (and, in the future, Respeno) processes your bookings, payments, and delivery on our behalf.
• Payment processors: If you pay by card, the payment is processed by our merchant services provider; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Email and storage: Google Workspace handles our email and Google Drive holds project files until delivery.
• Legal compliance: If required by valid legal process, we may disclose information to comply with applicable law.

Photos of properties & listings.

When we photograph a property for an agent or brokerage client, the images we produce are governed by our Terms — see Terms & Conditions — not by this Privacy Policy. We retain the rights described there, including the right to use sample images in our portfolio and marketing materials. We do not publish or display interior images of occupied homes in a way that identifies specific occupants without consent.

Your rights.

You can:

• Ask us what information we have about you
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate
• Ask us to delete information we no longer need to retain for legal, accounting, or contractual reasons
• Opt out of receiving non-transactional communications from us at any time

Data retention.

We retain project records — including invoices, communications, and delivered images — for the period required by tax and business-records law in Oklahoma (typically seven years). Personal contact information from quote requests that don't result in a project is purged from our active systems within twelve months.

Children's privacy.

Our services are directed at real estate professionals and property owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to this policy.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
