Where most of our work happens.

Lawton is the largest single market we serve, by a wide margin. Most weeks of the year, there's a Lawton shoot on the calendar — often two or three. Inside the city limits, plus Fort Sill housing, plus the surrounding towns that share Lawton's market: this is the route we know best.

Elgin is the second-largest piece of this region for us. The drive from Chickasha runs through Cache and Lawton, but Elgin's housing market has its own pace and its own client base. We're in Elgin frequently enough that "we're already up that way this week" is a sentence we say a lot.

Fletcher and Geronimo round out the regulars — smaller markets, but consistent work. If you're listing in any of these towns or anywhere between them, we've shot in the area within the last month.

Military relocation tempo

Fort Sill drives a constant cycle of PCS moves. Families have orders, hard report dates, and limited time to get a property listed, sold, or rented. Our shoot-to-delivery pipeline is built around 48-hour turnarounds — because in this market, slow media costs deals.

Elgin's distinct rhythm

Elgin's growth and the Cache-Lawton commuter mix has produced a meaningfully different market than central Lawton — newer construction, a mix of family homes and acreage, a clientele that's often relocating from out of state. The shoot looks different there, and we know what works.

Rural acreage & lot lines

Comanche and Caddo counties have meaningful acreage and rural inventory — properties where aerial coverage isn't a luxury, it's necessary to show what the listing actually is. FAA Part 107 licensed drone work is included on most rural shoots.
