The studio is on West Idaho Avenue. Most of our gear gets unloaded inside the city limits on the regular. If you're listing a property in Chickasha — anywhere in Grady County, really — we're already here.
Chickasha agents — call us first, not last. We've heard it more than once: "We didn't know you worked Chickasha, we figured you only shot in Lawton." That's our fault for not saying so plainly enough, and it's why this page exists.
Kennith Wheeler Photography is headquartered at 2604 W Idaho Ave. Most of our shoots in the Lawton metro start with us pulling out of a Chickasha driveway, and most of them end with us back in town the same night. Local listings get the easiest version of every part of the process — no travel time, no scheduling complications, no trip fees.
Whether it's a Heritage District craftsman, a property out near Lake Chickasha, an acreage listing between here and Ninnekah, or a commercial space downtown — we've shot it, we know the angles, and we can usually be on-site within hours.
Inside Chickasha proper plus the surrounding Grady County towns and rural areas. If you're between here and the Caddo or McClain County line, we're covering you.
Chickasha has its own real estate dynamics — distinct from Lawton, distinct from OKC. A photographer who lives in town reads them differently than one who drives in for a single shoot.
Chickasha listings span Heritage District character homes, modern subdivisions, rural acreage, mobile/manufactured properties, and small commercial. Each requires a slightly different approach — we shoot all of them every week, so the gear comes ready for whatever we walk into.
Lake-adjacent and acreage listings need aerial coverage to actually tell the story — buyers want to see lot lines, water access, outbuildings, and the surrounding context. FAA Part 107 licensed drone work is standard on rural shoots.
When the studio is six minutes from the listing, "we'll be there in an hour" is a real promise. Local shoots can usually be turned around end-to-end inside 24 hours — which matters when an agent needs a property on the MLS before the weekend.

Tell us about the property and we'll get it on the calendar — usually faster than you'd expect.
